Es Vedrá is a small rocky island off the southwest coast of Ibiza. It is surely the most recognizable icon of Ibiza for its impressive natural beauty and its mysterious legends. The Es Vedra viewpoint is a popular place to look out over the island and enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding coastline.

There are several viewpoints to see Es Vedra, but the one that offers the best views and the largest is the one next to the Torre des Savinar parking lot.This viewpoint has stunning views of the island and the Mediterranean Sea, making it a favorite spot for tourists and locals. From the viewpoint you can see the unique silhouette of Es Vedra, more than 400 meters above sea level.

How to get to the Es Vedra viewpoint?

To get to this viewpoint You will have to go towards Cala de H'ort on the PMV-803-1 road, about 600 meters before reaching Cala H'ort on your left you will see the Torre des Savinar Parking, you have to take that detour and try to park there Normally in season the parking lot is full, so you will have to leave it nearby or on the road. Once parked you will have to cross the parking lot and follow the path that leaves from the parking lot, walking until you reach the viewpoint, it takes about 10/15 minutes depending on your pace. It is easy to find, there are usually many people who go to see the sunset, you will have no problem finding it.

We advise you to bring something to drink and eat, since there are no bars around. Also, a good plan is to bring something to eat so you can have dinner with the best Sunset in Ibiza and a glass of wine to enjoy it.

Other viewpoints

Cala d'Hort Viewpoint: Easily accessible via the PMV-803 highway, this small, rugged beach is the most popular place to view It's Vedra when viewed from sea level.


Es Savinar Tower Viewpoint: This ancient defensive tower was built in 1756 on an arrowhead-shaped cliff. However, access is a bit complicated since you have to walk at least 20 minutes to get to it. Once there, we could even go to the top of the tower for a fee.
